I'm betting on late February or mid-March, like they did for Season 2. But they may push it as far as June at the most. As for the content of the third season, I think we are going to have a rallying of the remains of the nations, learning to complement each other's bending in order to make up for the raw size and strength of the Fire Nation. 'Together we stand, or divided we fall...". Toph could try to teach her metal bending to other master's as well. As for Zuko, I think he is bad again for now, until he learns the truth of his mother's disappearance/death, then he'll go back towards the light, so to speak.
