    But I called over my shoulder and asked my son if mudkips was a Pokemon and handed me a 2-inch thick Pokemon book with a picture of Mudkips, Marshtomp and Swampert. LOL

    Hehehe. Ah the days when innocent words could just retain their original meaning...

    Yeah. Mudkip was the best starter pokemon from the third gen, breaking the trend of the fire one being the best, which is true for the first, second and fourth generations. Does make you wonder how such an innocent word was tainted..

    Well I love that one too actually.

    So sad my husband and I play it and level up our Pokemon while my son continues to play his ongoing D&P game. LOL

    Not really a fan of the games that aren't part of the so-called 'canon' of games, those being red/blue/yellow, gold/silver/crystal, ruby/sapphire/emerald, fire red/leaf green and diamond/pearl. Doesn't look good.

    I was actually. I managed to get every legendary pokemon, I seem to remember only getting Cresselia by pure fluke though. It's really annoying!
