    Do you think Aang should've killed Fire Lord Ozai in the last episode? Or was his fate right for him?

    He didn't need to. He was so powerful in the Avatar state and with Zuko on the throne there's no way he was getting back in control. He was finished whether Aang finished him or not.

    No, what aang did was pretty bad@$$ imo and suited for the age group that watches the show. It's a shame that it was a lion turtle or something that gave him the answer. D;

    I dont think so. Death is just wrong even for a person who had causes millions of deaths. Ironic it might seem but taking away his firebending and locking him is just death in another form of life,

    Well I qualify as both but I live in the States. If you have Direct Tv or some other satalite you can get east coast channels.

    I respect his decision not to kill, but it didn't feel like there was enough emotional weight attached to the situation.

    I really like how Aang settled things with Ozai. Besides the fact that what did do demonstrated just the kind of power the Avatar is capable of, but it will serve Ozai just right to have to live without the ability to bend, and have to watch his son who he hated so deeply assume his throne, and rule his country.

    Think about it... Aang won't even eat meat, and has preserved his way of life for 13 years (113 if you count being frozen), and taking a life would destroy his life's focus, and remove a crucial part of what he remembers from the Monks. "You must actively shape your own destiny."

    P.S. Having a cross between a lion and a turtle with a forest on its back teaching you some tricks helps too.

    Definitely Aang shouldn't have killed Ozai. I don't really care about Ozai. I don't really care if he died or doesn't, I don't really care if he was evil but I care about Aang. If Aang felt he shouldn't kill Ozai that's enough for me to see him alive.

    The best way to punish somebody is make their life a living hell and make that person wish he was dead. I think Aang did that, I think Ozia wishes Aang had killed him with what happens to him now.

    they basically played the exact same card as Kataras to her mother killer though, have it drop right when its about to kill him, which i didn't like very much.

    Still, what if Canadians on this forum had that mentality when they got WAT and FBM 1st hmmm? I think those who haven't seen it should still be taken into consideration

    No, no he should not have killed Ozai. Then Mark Hamill wouldn't have been able to squeeze out those few last lines and get a bigger pay check!
