Hopefully. It looks like they used a pencil instead of makeup.

Wow. They look nothing like Zuko or Aang.

And I can't picture Ringer kissing Peltz.

^Yeah, the age difference is really obvious. Kataang would look illegal! And welcome to the Avatar forums.

About Aang's arrow. I think this look makes more sense. I mean it's a tattoo right? Do yall REALLY wanna see a sky blue paint job on him? It just doesn't work right. I like this version of that arrow for a real life Aang. As long as the ink in the tat itself is sky blue, it's accurate enough.

Not to mention it'll look wicked seeing the intricate designs glowin' it up when Aang unleashes the AS on a mofo.

LOL it just further proves the poin- IF you were going to make a movie of Avatar, one of the ONLY things you change would be the Ages of the characters. This would make it more believable, be able to get better actors (who could be even older but look young enough) and get away with more action (if you think that Dash is the "incredibles" getting punched was bad once lol). Avatar managed to get away with this little more than most, but i know i cant be the only won who is sick of "little kid saves the world, fighting against Adults". And when you add live action to this it is even more noticable; case in point the actor playing Aang. That kid is meant to portray a character with alot of depth, AND one that fights adults and has a relationship with a Girl older than him (lol movie proves one of my issues with Kataang ).

ANd to Eman5805: YES i do. It is VERY easy to make blue tattoes look believable; you can find may examples on the internet. Māori of New Zealand is a good example. Heck i would have taken a very dark blue or black. But faded gray that's BARELY noticeable? Nope. I didnt even see it till i looked at the pic for awhile; i thought he had some symbol on his fore head.

Nicola Peltz is reallly 14, actually. She just looks that way in the pictures.

There really wasn't much Kataang going on in the first season so we shouldn't be seeing much in this movie either. However, Ringer is gonna be about 14 by the time the second movie is released and 15 or 16 by the time of the 3rd (if either gets made).

So this age difference thing is mute. And please try to keep the relationship squabbles in the designated threads.

I might get hated for saying this, but even though he really isn't a great actor... I still think Jesse McCartney could've pulled off the look of Zuko a little bit better than Dev Patel. Hopefully, Dev's great acting will persuade me because I'm not really liking the looks of Zuko right now...

I guess that would pretty much make Zutara illegal, wouldn't it?

    Well, congradulations anyway!

I'm beginning to have mixed feelings and thoughts about teh Avatar live-action movie.

I suppose those pictures of them were so-so but I guess it really depends on the actors/actresses, scripting, and well formulated flow throughout the movie.

I really hope this movie doesn't turn out to be a bust, because if it is, tensions are likely going to rise.
