Roku - Fire
Kyoshi - Earth
I understand that, while watching Avatar Day.?? I see that Kyoshi Island was once apart of the main continent.?? The Earth Kingdom, where everyone wears, yellow, green, brown, or some neutral color.???? Except for the warriors, why do the inhabitants of Kyoshi Island wear blue.??

Maybe it's because, like the people on Kyoshi said, they were trying to stay out of the war and have nothing to do with it. Maybe they think wearing different colors from the rest of the Earth Kingdom is a way to show others they do not support the war.
That's all I can think of, hope it helped somehow.

Also, in Aunt Wu's village, all the people wear different colors. *shrugs* I wouldn't worry about the Kyoshi Islanders wearing blue.

maybe it's just an island tradition or something.... i cant imagine that the creators wanted to think about it too much though.

well just cuz ur part of a nation doesn't mean u have to dress to the Nation's colors all the time. I mean look at us
