that was only one time. normally i'm not up this late, but because of all the epic win provided by the AFD threads i had to stay.

1554: The difference is explained in the sticky thread, but I'll give you my understanding. Owl is a standard, or generic, term such as it's counterpart. Anyone can be considered an Owl by simply following the meaning of the word: a nice, thoughtful, and helpful user (something along those lines; I forget the definition that Ddendong uses). Hopefully the term will branch outside to other forums and boards. Disciples, on the other hand, is strictly confined to the Avatar Board on here. They are selected Owls (by the elections) who are generally active, and help out the Avatar Board. In essence, everyone can become a Disciple at some point, but that's beyond the point. Since the title is given to Disciples, it can be taken away if need be.
