Seeing as there probably will only be three seasons of ATLA, I tried to come up with some possible Avatar spin-offs because it would really suck if there was nothing to look forward to once the show has its finale (Not like these will ever get made, but a guy can hope, can't he?). Avatar: The History of Aang Basically, this is a story beginning with Aang's birth and ending when he is frozen in the iceberg. This will let us know the answers to any questions that are still open, especially regarding Aang's parentage; how the Air Temples interacted with the world, the other Temples, and the Air Nomads not in Temples; and how the Air Nomads lived their lives. We could also see Aang traveling across the world and interacting with his friends, such as Kuzon and Bumi (We might even meet Fire Lord Sozin, the then-Prince Azulon, and Guru Pathik). It would give us a chance to see how the world looked a hundred years ago, and we would get to see everything before it becomes ravaged with war. Avatar: Mending a World This would be the tale of the recovery of the world after the war. It could be told through older versions of the current characters or new characters, but either way we would get to see what happened to the main characters and main secondary characters, as well as a few of the minor secondary characters (Cabbage Man and Foaming Mouth Guy would be definites. Also, Aang might have died when he defeated Fire Lord Ozai, so the story's main character might be the new Avatar. Character's children might be important characters).?? We would get to see how each nation is doing (Maybe the Air Nomads will make a recovery?), how they feel about one another, and especially what the Fire Nation's role in the world is. Tensions will still probably be high and skirmishes are a major possibility. Avatar Chronicles (Note: Not my idea, one I saw on the boards a while back, I forgot who came up with this and I apologize) This would be about tales from the lives of past Avatars. It would give us details about that Avatar's life and the times they lived through. Seasons would be broken into four consecutive Avatars, one of each element. It could either start with the first Avatar and end with Roku or vice versa, the latter giving us some interesting backshadowing. Each five episode block devoted to an Avatar would follow them through their training and effect on the world, each Avatar fixing?? what the previous Avatar missed or maybe even caused. It would give us a chance to see how other Avatars acted and interacted with each other in the Spirit World, letting us recognize different aspects of Aang's personality coming from different places. Avatar: World at War This would be about the years between when Aang was frozen and when he was found by Katara and Sokka. We would get to see the major battles and the first responses to the war. It would give us light on how the Air Nomads responded to the war and were annihilated, as well as what the Southern Water Tribe was like. This would give us a chance to learn about the Royal Fire Family as well as Katara and Sokka's family. We would get to see how all of the major cities became the way they are now. Also, we would see what everyone thought about the Avatar. |

Mending a world would get old after a while. There wouldn't be much fighting. So why did I vote for it? Hmmm...I guess because all the others seem not very interesting. |

It would be cool if each seson would be one show idea, it might get boring to do any of those for more than that |
This is what I think:
1) Avatar: Mending A World
2) Avatar Chronicles
3) Avatar: World At War
4) Avatar: The History of Aang

I would rather see a spin-off called "The World According to Iroh"... with him teaching some great lesson to some poor loss soul who may possible run across him in his day to day operations of his tea shop. Kinda like an animated Kung Fu, with a lesson learned after each episode, but instead of the main character moving on, the object of the lesson moves on, better off due to his encounter with Iroh. |
I think that??would be a good show PrimoNation. I would watch.
I thought of a new idea, instead of focusing on the past, it goes to the future 14 years after aang dies and the new avatar is on his journey. It would be a water bender and it could be 100years after the events of the war. The nations have reached a somewhat peace and understanding but there is a group of people looking to stir up trouble and make profit off the world. The group isn't just from the fire nation but from the other nations as well. The avatar is called on to stop this group from starting another war.
Problems and diferent stuff for the new journey:
1) He is only fourteen and he really doesn't want to do this. He has a responsibility forced on to him, his life has already been decided for him but it isn't the life he wants. This could lead to some emotional problems and some questioning of ones whole view of life and destiny.
2) A mistake he made is catching up to him.??Three former friends want revenge for the death of their friend that he accidentally caused. The three friends are each powerful??benders from the??other nations and they are dead set on finding him because they want him to pay for??what he did because he accidentally??entered the avatar state and??killed her, this also contributes to why he dosen't want to be the avatar.
3)??New companions. The first is a young boy who decides to travel with him because he simply dosnt like where he lives. He has no parents and the only family he had, his brother, died. the second a boy from the fire nation, he serves as his firebending teacher. He's cocky, a show off but is fiercly loyal. The next one is a girl, she is an airbender and serves as the airbending teacher. She has a tough attitude and has kind of a manipulative side to her. She??is a like a combination between Katara and Toph. She??has a kind heart.??The last is a boy from the earth, he is a earthbender and serves as the earthbending teacher. He is timid, kind, and is kind of a push over. He is unique as his personality is something you wouldn't expect from an earthbender but none the less he is powerful.??
