Despite the previews' and commercials' promises that "all your questions will be answered", there were plenty of questions created and left at the end! What unanswered question is foremost in your mind, and do you think there will be a spin-off series to answer the unanswered questions or otherwise continue the series? And whatever happened to the alleged, live-action movie???

Look forward like CRAZY to the Live Action series of hopefully successful movies, and hope that the greatness of the movies will one day urge Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino to make a series about another Avatar, something I believe they will do eventually. I am also going to come to these Forums daily and do whatever I can to help make these Forums as packed as they once were!

Long live Avatar, the greatest, most amazingly written animation Nickelodeon will probably EVER have in the next 10 years!

For me I just have peace of mind now that avatar is over. I knew it was bound to end sometime, ever since I watched it the first time, I knew it would not be one of those series that just went on and on and on and on. You know what they say...If you love someone (or in this case something) let them (it) go. For now, avatar fans have just one thing they can do, wait for New York Comic Con. I think its in February 2009, but I'm not sure...haven't checked yet. Can someone confirm that for me?

Continue RPing until I get bored, and then go watch something else.

Like the upcoming Lucky Star OVA.

You are correct. NYC-CC is in early February of 2009. As for the OT, I am going to continue doing the same things I was doing when Avatar had not yet finished.

When I am not on this forum I am writing a full blown novel about Azula, and how she will heal from her insanity. When I am finished, I may petition Bryke to authorize a series of tie in novels, volunteer to write one about Azula, and then produce the manuscript. But this is most likely going to take years, as it will be a very thick book. I will persevere.

Well, Avatar was my last favorite show that was actually airing. My other shows (Code Lyoko, Teen Titans, and W.I.T.C.H.) have all ended. Pok??mon still airs, but I don't get the same excitement like my other shows. For my other shows, I'm actually excited for the episodes, and for Pok??mon I only get excited for the movies.

Well, now since Avatar is over, my cycle of favorite shows is almost to an end. I'll have lots of free time, though... Avatar was what got me through the school week. Persevearing through school days for that Friday at the end, when you were guaranteed to receive an epic Avatar episode. Now that its gone, that hope is lost. Now I'll just focus on school.....

Perhaps, but, wouldn't it have been "cooler" if the series lasted four years,
with each year concentrating on a specific nation?

Ah, I love W.I.T.C.H! Not the TV series, mind you, but the book series. The books ended in America but I found out there were MORE (and they probably aren't coming). Siggggh.
    (Sorry for the off-topicness)
Anyway, I will stay on the forum, watch the live-action movie, drag all my friends to it so it gets money, go everyday to see it, and then well...Idk :O Maybe I'll go to the New York City Comic-Con, I live near it XD

I'll miss Avatar. However, I'll probably be too swamped in college work to notice. *sigh*

You finally have an icon! Nice But I'd say, if there isn't a new avatar series, it will be much longer than that. Nick rarely produces really good cartoons like this.
