    Appologies if already discuessed.

    Fire Lord Ozai, he doesn't like Zuko to much, because he is to much like his mother. My question is, if that is the case, than he didn't like his wife to much, than why did he marry her?

    Here is my theory, he only married her for breeding reasons. He needed to have kids, to be succeed him. He was planning to steal the throne from Iroh for a long time.

    Perhaps it was an arranged marriage. Maybe he was dissapointed in Zuko's apparent lack of leadership qualities. I imagine that in a society such as the fire nation, passiveness would be a good trait for a wife, but not for a son. Much less the first-born and first in line for the trone.
