    high council members must have this and only high council members instead of the other banner of course make it smaller Photobucket

    I wish you good luck, as this PARTICULAR FORUM needs people willing to put time to it
    I can make myself one member, since I check things here constantly everyday for at least 1 hour but I will abstain as I feel that one should not feel obligated to be online in fear of losing their privileges, even if life circumstances (vacations, work related things, loss of family, losing the internet, etc)happen, plus here some will feel "apprehensive" about what one writes if one feels forced to post for the sake of showing to be online, as here is lot of reports for the most minor things, as I will prove by my PM to you Ross

    plus we talking loyalists to "AVATAR" or to "TVcom by regularly being online" (according to first post) which can be done without even posting??

    you basically saying that Pooldude can't be considered an Avatar loyalist, nor Lisa at this time(she has not been much online because of work)

    if people have certain circumstances i will understand and be lenient i wont force people but to still show support to the forum

    basically, support TVcom than.

    I recommend than asking EdMasterChaos to be a loyalist and high council; as he chose to be just in TVcom, didn't accept a refuge invitation

    btw what does this high council do?
    when we get properly set up we will make all the decisions reguarding the comittee and all other members in other words you are higher ranked than other members and have more power
