yeah i believe even his avatar part came back cause he glowed when she healed him

Here is my speculation:
Aang now wont have to give up Katara because she basicly brought him, his past lives, and his future lives back from the dead.(Although his past lives were already dead but w/e)Now Aang has to give up something else.

true, she did save the spirits, maybe they could owe her a debt 9as in she nearly gets killed, and they manisfest in HER body, avatar katara for like one minute .??
