Me too. I'm so sick of seeing great characters fall for such stupid perfect characters!! It's not a sign of the character developing any more if they like a Mary-Sue. It destroys part of their character, especially in Zuko's case, where it just makes more angst that he's from the Fire Nation and he can't like anyone because they'd find out and hate him like in Zuko Alone.

yeah. i hate perfect characters because they are just so annoying. always being right and making other people feel stupid, that's all they do. Oh, and make great characters fall for them. Besides, Zuko should never be involved in a relationship, it ruins his character.

Yeah. I've made an OC successfully without making her have any specific romantic involvement with the Avatar characters at all. Maybe a sort of "We're a family." Relationship going, but nothing to destroy characterization. I am strictly against characters going OOC for stupid Mary-Sues. It just ruins everything.

It was a filler Zuko would change back after the next one this epiosde is just for development and Jin was only in 3 minutes so you can't really bash her.

True dat. As i've said many times Zuko shouldn't be in a relationship. I don't care who it's with, I'm just against it. He's too cool.

You know who Zuko reminds me of? And it's scary if you think about how similar they are: Sasuke Uchiha! Think about it: Prodogy sibling, family crisis, wants their revenge/honor, the only difference is Zuko moves from Antagonist to almost a Protagonist now, and Sasuke is the opposite: starts as one of the protagonists and ends up as one of the antagonists.

Oh, and they both have skills with fire. ^^
