Azula would give him some hot action, but Aang would provide the emotional comfort. Basically, Azula would be the "addiction" and Aang would be the one that Zuko would actually want.
In the end, Aang will give up his nice emotional support and try to be the addiction that he thinks Zuko wants. Zuko will realize the error of his ways, give up Azula forever, and build Aang back up to the emotionally supportive person that he needs.

It's the plot of a lot of "made for tv" movies.
On another note, after watching the newest ZEID video, I have to say that it was one of the best so far. Not as good as number 9, but it was probably as close as video could come without surpassing it.
