is easy to find in youtube, using avatar, panel and 2007 as key words, look for the 10 minute sections, there are 7 of them

they are the base for the screenshots in avatarspirit

in the video, in these shots they said

"this is gonna be a great scene; we going to see ty lee with some heavy action bla bla bla"(hard to distinguish what it was said, as audience started talking, drumming out what Bryan Said)

Do you by an chance have a link to the video?

nope, all they basically said about "if there will be future airbenders"(lost found, birth of them through Aang or like Teo and his people becoming airbenders) is that "things can be fixed" but they will not spoil how things will happen

Just so everyone is aware, the head-hopper isn't Ty Lee. The spoke person said it was but Bryan corrected his mistake and said he wouldn't spoil who it was. New character perhaps?

Looks exactly like Sokka. Can't think of anyone else with a "wolf tail".

The top one does, but the head running one looks nothing like her. She doesn't have a ponytail hanging in the back like that, it's in a top knot.

i highly doubt aang could get that buff in a few episodes, but then again Iroh threw that partiular law of physiology out the window...

thick body change to buff = easy (mostly exercise but also moderate eating)

thin body change to buff = not as easy (exercise plus eating more)

the mass for the big muscles in Iroh was there already, Aang would have to increase the size of his muscles before he can sculpt his body into a "buff shape", all Iroh had to do is sculpt his body

yes, but exercise at same time, you want the "extra meat" to become muscles, not a big belly
