Dear Nick, Executives and/or to those to whom it may concern,
When a game has a release date, it is released on that date.
If there is a delay, the company will let us know prior to the release date.
You have done neither nor issued any sort of statement or apology to the masses that are currently waiting (and avoiding homework) for something to happen, and by doing so have fallen under the regulated FTC Act of false advertising.
Please update any additional information a.s.a.p to the website to avoid any further unnecessary notifications of FTC monitored law breaking.
