    Katara would have pulled back before Aang kissed her. She pulls back after, with a very shocked look, but Aang doesn't look surprised by her reaction. I think there was more going on there than what they showed us.

    I agree with you. Also, it is fairly obvious that Katara is attracted to Aang in the Headband episode, and she doesn't pull back from the kiss in DOBS, in fact, she seems to kiss him back. So it makes sense to me that in this particular scene there is something more going on that we don't know about.

    I wonder if it has anything to do with what the guru said about Aang needing to let Katara go. I doubt it, but it's just something to consider.

    Yeah, that's possible. She would definitely be shocked and worried to find out she was the reason Aang didn't master the Avatar state.

    Yea because remember in Nigtmares and Daydreams, aang kissed Katara and it was a dream..which we didnt kno at first...soo it might be anyother dream or somthing like tht...plus the trailer is suppose to make u think something is going to happen but it is diff.

    Im a kataanger fan n i want them to be together...but tha reason katara pulled back could be something shocking like yousaid..plus when katara hugged zuko...there can be MILLIONS of reasons why they hugges...soo imma just wait.. sooo kataangers i wouldnt wrry..and zutarians i wouldnt get yours hopes up

    plus i dont think we have long to wait

    Chronologically and episode wise, GD was before SotN. And sources for the play were "pirates.. something, something, and a merchant of cabbage" So people who have met them.
