No Toph?

    Toph isn't in any of the commercials. Maybe she doesn't make it to the finals.

    That could easily happen, seeing as no one knows she's been kidnapped.

    Or maybe they just don't want to give away what happens.

    Maybe Toph will return in season 3. Given how busy Aang, Katara, Zuko, Iroh, and Azula are in the commercials, maybe no one will notice Toph's disappearance until they reunite; by then, Xin Fu and Master Yu could be out of the city with the helpless Toph. And Sokka wasn't in the commercials either.

    That's kind of crazy that Toph and Sokka weren't in the commercials. At least give them a part in the finale.

    O.o....Sokka is in the first two minutes, and even if the situation with Toph isn't resolved, it most likely will be mentioned.??

    Just because they aren't in the previews, doesn't mean they aren't in the finale.??

    First off let me say Toph is great character(althought slightly overpowered) and I'm all about the Earth Kingdom(it's forever baby ) but the thing is: Toph has served her purpose. She had one purpose in this show, teach Aang Earthbending, and I'd say Aang doesn't need to learn anymore, it's just all use in practice that Aang needs. So, if Toph is removed from the story, be it through death or by just being...removed it won't be that great a blow. In fact it would open up room for the inevitable Firebender that will join Aang's Squad(doesn't have to be Zuko or Iroh, they could easily intro another new character in the 3rd season)...but I personally believe that Toph will be rescued and will be back with the Squad, just lookin' at things from the other end of the specturm

    Yea thats true toph pretty much has served her purpose. And I wouldn't mind her going home. But in my opinion she is definetly going to re-unite with the group first. And zuko in season 3 is probaly gonna teach aang firebending but after he's done he will look for Ursa

    Yeah I love Toph, and I'm sure no matter what, if she stays with the group or do end up going home, she's going to see them again to let them know what happened to her.

    I def think it'll be Zuko who teachs Aang, I mean they need someone who knows the inner workings of the palace and the fire nation! :]]

    Yeah. If Toph doesn't return in the season finale, then she better return in the 3rd season!
