Yes, but how did the first airbender appear? The water benders we're taught by the moon, and the earth benders by the badger-moles. So if they could be taugh once, then why couldn't someone be taught again, and then spread it to their children? I'm not saying anyone could learn to bend, but someone had to start, so maybe the spirits can teach someone now.

I think the element is genetic, but not the actual bending.

I??agree with some other people. Aang can pass on the genes, and the whole last airbender thing, that's ONE OF THE WHOLE POINTS OF THE SHOW HERE. But I guess your sort of right, but s long as aang is alive, there are still 4 nations is my opininion.

And not all of us are mortals! I, am in fact, and EARTHBENDER!!??(picks up stick and bends it)??See! I can 'earthbend"!!! Okay, maybe not.....

Ahh! Don't cry! All I meant was you had the right opinion, but you said "I think" in front of it, so I SHOUTED it to get the dummies to realize the error of their ways.

I think there are more airbenders out there. They are nomadic people, they're probably just hiding in small groups through out the world, or blending in and living in other towns.

I think they could get away with it if it was revealed in the final episode, possibly the "Last Airbender" referring to Aang's thinking he's the last airbender...

Oh wait... I accidentally typed in the wrong area!

I meant to type "I think they could get away with it if it was revealed in the final episode, possibly the "Last Airbender" referring to Aang's thinking he's the last airbender..."
