Nick Finally Airs Sozin's Comet Encore!!

    It seems Nick has finally realized how much people love Avatar, because they have finally decided to air an encore presentation of Sozin's Comet. They must have changed the schedule recently, because the last time I checked, they weren't supposed to air any Avatar episode for a couple weeks.

    It aired Monday evening at 7pm, and it also aired Saturday morning.

    nick probably wanted to surprise others by doing it. but i am proud that nick has begun to take avatar more seriously. too bad the show has ended...

    I like that you pointed out that Avatar was on, so i could watch it. But as said in another thread, aren't you a bit over expective of Nickelodeon? I mean they do their best to get in a fair share for all shows. Cut 'em some slack.

    I guess I could cut them some slack. But I still wish they had shown the Sozin's Comet encore earlier. I mean, there was no warning at all that they were planning to air it again.

    Yeah... thanks. But I don't know if its just my t.v., but how come when king Bumi starts to talk about taking his homeland back, you can't hear what he's saying for 10 seconds.

    Yeah that happened to everyone. I had the captioning on though, so I know what he said. In case you want to know, he said:

    "There I was, back in Omashu, waiting for just the right moment. I didn't know what or when..."

    The part in bold was what he said when the sound went out.

    That was like that on the original broadcast...and all subsequent broadcasts for some reason.

    Yeah, sorry, I should have made my meaning more clear when I posted this.

    The main reason I pointed out that they were airing it was that after the finale I checked TV Guide, and it showed that Nick wasn't planning on airing ANY Avatar episodes for a couple weeks. Since they are airing the finale again, it shows that they have changed their schedule to show more Avatar.

    I think they only aired it because tomorrow the last dvd comes out and they want everyone to buy it.
