Not sure if u people know this already but i discovered while trying out nicktroplis.

What u do is once u have a nickname, get into nicktroplis. Once u are in, click on downtown nicktroplis. Click on trivia challenge. And the avatar trivia game should be on the top right. Have fun out there.
