Hey thanks Lisa31468! I followed the advice of the post above and introduced myself on my profile page. Most forums I have been on have a newbie thread. I don't see what the big deal is.
Those recipes sound great. My kids are a little young to have a full understanding of the show (2 and 4.5) and my husband is not into it either. One of the reasons I started browsing this site was to interact with other people who are into the show because nobody wants to talk about the plot at home.
Oh, can I have a decoder ring too??? And I suggest that you not give one to the bums who don't support the newbie thread.

Hhehe, torrent is not a "Canadian word," it's just a special type of file that one downloads from the web. Basically, in layman's terms, one can download almost any type of media (for free) from the web using torrents, including Avatar episodes. But one first needs to download/install a bit torrent client (which is basically a program for downloading) like "Azureus" or "Bitlord" Hope that helps. (One can obtian a bit torretn client by downloading it form the corresponding homepage for free)

Hey! I'm relatively new! I'm goldensage830 (a girl, so don't go mistaking my gender, okay?).?? Avatar is my favorite show on Nick, and other shows I like are: Teen Titans, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, and some other anime.?? It's a pleasure to be here! Hello. Well, I was on tvtome.com, but I was pretty much only on the Yu-Gi-Oh! forum. So, I'm kind'a new to this one.
I'm Asj. I have a rather large Yu-Gi-Oh! site, but haven't updated it much lately for a variety of reasons... I updated my manga site not too long ago...
I have a account on fanfiction.net and have several Kaiba fanfics and one Zuko one (which also involves the other characters).
Um... Anything else you would like to know about me would probably be online. If you look up Asj127 and Asj Johnson, then almost every place I'm on will show up. There's fanart-central.org, I think it was... but that's mainly Yu-Gi-Oh! art, since I haven't learned the Avatar's drawing style...

Eh. Why not take advantage of this thread and advertise my stuff, right?

Oh, and I think this is a good idea. At least, it will serve for not having any "kill the newbs" attack in a while.
