Avatar: The Last Airbender: My Thoughts on The Finale (Spoilers)

Sorry if someone else has posted a similar thread.
But there are still a lot of questions/things I'm disappointed in.
1. Zuko asks Ozai where his mom was, then the scene ends. (Cliff Hanger???)
2. Toph should have been given a better role in the Finale.
3. No one dies (Yes, I'm happy!!!)
4. The Aang/Ozai fight wasn't that great. (Just My Opinion)
5. Mai and Ty Lee should've been given a bigger role in the Finale.
6. Iroh should've been given a bigger role in the Finale.
7. Toph needed a better ending.
8. There are ALOT of rumors going around saying there will be a Spin-Off Series.(Which there probably will be.) If they do a Spin-Off I'd like it to be about The Next Avatar After Aang or a Previous Avatar before Aang.(Not Roku or Kyoshi, we've already seen them.) Perhaps the Female Avatar who was an Airbender, She looks interesting.

2. That's not an unanswered question. In fact, she had a very important role. She was more in the finale than Katara.

7. You basically said that in question 2. But they didn't give her one because they never planned on it. She never really showed any romantic interest except once in a blue moon on Sokka. So it kind of makes sense. But she got everything she wanted, so what could be better?

I definitely agree that Toph needed a better ending, she was left hanging with what happened with her family. Iroh didn't seem to do all that much either, he just kind of blew up the wall and burned the flag after the scene with him and Zuko. The cliffhanger with Zuko's mother, Ursa, just annoyed me... It annoyed me because if they were going to end the series, they should give us closure, rather than more things to ponder on about. Although, this does provide them the opportunity to continue on with the series, that is if they ever make that decision. To be entirely honest the Aang/Ozai fight was actually pretty good, but when you have that fight playing alongside the epic, personal battle between the sadistic Azula and the changed Zuko and Katara, it doesn't feel and look as epic as it would've.

I don't think that Toph needed a better ending, IMO. She didn't need much more, anyway. She sent a letter to her parents and she's happy with her life. There's no need to keep digging. Iroh didn't do that much because he acknowledged the fact that it was Zuko and Aang's destiny to defeat Azula/Ozai. Iroh did has fair share in conquering Ba Sing Sei. I think they left a cliffhanger because they wanted to give us something to think about. Therefore the show wouldn't die down as quickly. But it's probably not to continue this particular story, though. They said this was the last we'd hear about the gAang, basically. Maybe in the spin off (if there is one) we'll learn more from Aang when he's the spirit helping the new Avatar. The Aang/Ozai fight was epic. And the music in the Azula/Zuko fight was beautiful. GO AVATAR GO!
