    Of course we didn't see it happen. Apparently, he opened up four in the DoBS episodes We didn't exactly have time to consider it.

    no one ever said it had to be in order. there's no way of us knowing that the guru told them to aang in the correct order. there's no way of us knowing whether there is a correct order!
    remeber not every chakra is blocked for some people. some people have no fear. some people have no shame. that means those chakras are always open.
