Those guys in "The Painted Lady" were actually pretty funny with all the hat switches. But the medal I think goes to the foaming mouth guy on Kyoshi Island. He did it in 1-4 "The Warriors of Kyoshi", and then again in 2-5 "Avatar Day". I thought it was actually funnier the second time because he walks up, has his mouth open, and then just goes nuts. Then, Aang isn't there, and he just puts his shirt over his head and walks away. Hilarious!
