Sokka should split from the gang and have his own subplot. Than we could have focous on each character without leaving one out. Becuase once Zuko joins the team poor Sokka is going to fell left out with not having any powers and all while every one else does

Sakka wouldn't leave katara, especially if a firebender like Zuko joins the group, now Zuko is my oersonal favorite charactor, but not exactly Sakkas, remember he hates them.

TheDragonMaster, you can edit your posts instead of correcting it in another one. Anyways, Sokka can't leave; then the whole group will be so full of angst it will be thoroughly overwhelming. Although I do like the idea of a private character development of one of my favorite characters (that would be Sokka, um duh), I have to say that TheDragonMaster has a point. Even if Sokka gains a small bit of pity, or even trust, for Zuko, it sure as h-e-double-hockey-sticks doesn't mean that he's going to leave his only sister alone with him, let alone, well, alone at all. LOL. Well that's my veiw of it.
Oh ur so nice Sly4Me, laughing at Sokka's death. It would be very... INTERESTING?? if Sokka died... lol (only you Sly4Me, oooonly you)

Oh ok, I thought maybe there was some press release I did not know about. I've assumed Zuko would teach Aang ever since they established that he needed to find masters to teach him. And in the Storm when they established him as having some integrity it pretty much clinched the deal for me.

The show is in desperate need of Sokka-empowerment, so some time away to hone his skills could be good for him. I've thought about this myself, and I propose rearranging the main cast of Avatar into several different groups. We could have the Aang/Zuko superteam as one group, Katara and Iroh as another, and??finally, we would stick Sokka with Ty Lee for some cute, romantic, non-bending action. (not sure yet on what to do with Toph and Mai) Of course, this all depends on whether Zuko does decide to join up, which I've still yet to see confirmed.

Sokka adds humor and in most stories you need humor.?? Without Sokka the show would never be the same.

sokka is the comic relife like joey and yugioh and odd in code lyoko we need this guy even though zuko could be funny sometimes but still we need sokka

I like that, but what you could do is put Toph with Katara and Iroh. Dunno about Mai though....

Well that's true without Sokka on the show the humor would be gone. I just thought it would give him character development is all if that did happen.
