Haven't made a thread in a while, but I feel this could be fun.

What you'll need:

- A piece of paper

-An envelope

-A writing utensil

-Avatar predictions

-Patience

First, sit down and think up some predictions for 316/317/the Finale. Some themes could be shipping, deaths, recurring characters, decoding scenes from the NYCC trailer, etc. Make LOTS of them, no matter how trivial; the more the merrier! For example, you could write: "Azula will be driven so insane that she will be the cause of her own demise" or "The Hug was so taken out of context!!1" Write them all down on the piece (or pieces, if you're overzealous) of paper. Then, seal it up in the envelope and stick it in a place out of reach but still able to be remembered a few months later. Then, whenever the finale airs, the next day, go back and read all your predictions from the previous months. If you want, make a blog after it's all over with your predictions so you could brag if you guessed stuff right =]

I did this for the final Harry Potter book, Pirates 3, Heroes, and other favorites series. It was very funny to go back and read what I thought. You get to relive the episode and the theories and gossip of the time!

Hey future SplitReflection! How's it going? Hope everything's under control, and you handled your exams ok. It's getting pretty hectic back here, I don't know if you remember. It seems like everything can be a little overwhelming sometimes. Anyway, I've just got a few predictions about the finale of Avatar. (Don't tell me if they're true or not, because that'd go against the space-time continuum, not to mention the Sozin's Comet Protectors.)

Anyway, Kataang will happen. It has always seemed fairly likely, although a few Zutarans might disagree. They're wrong. And although I have pretty much been a Tokka fan since the end of season two, I have to say that George is looking far more likely.

Zuko will become Firelord. His personal growth throughout the series will culminate in him taking on a position of power, to lead his nation away from the violence and agression of his great-grandfather. (Sozin, not Roku)

The final fight will take place while the comet is present. It has been continually stated that Aang needs to win before this. If he wins during it, he'll just have proven how awesome he is.

Katara will bloodbend again. Also, she will be wearing blue in her final scene ever.

These have all been fairly obvious, and I hope I'm right about them. Now for some less certain predictions.

Iroh and Ozai will die. Azula might live, but she will not be the same as she was. Toph may well die.

There will be more flying Bison. (Probably not, but I'm predicting it anyway.)

Zuko's scar will not be healed.

There will be exactly six kisses from Boiling Rock to the finale.

The final episode will feature a voice-over from one of the characters.

The three stooges will between them have less than ten lines before the end of the show.

The most certain prediction of all: it will be awesome.
