the day after the last episode of avatar, we should all go to the spongebob forum and act as if it were the avatar forum. (AKA, ignore anyone talking about spongebob and not talk about spongebob, just the last episode)

We would be the biggest jerks and trolls if we did this.

I sort of support this idea.

It'd be more of an April Fools joke.

if we did this If we did this every day it'd be Trolism.

After the movies? This forum is sure to die along with all the others (Avatar forums that is).

I don't want to hear such madness.

Though, I'll be like.. 25 or something by the time that comes.. And I show have somewhat of a career by then (hopefully) But what about the possible spin-off?

The possible spinoff will only revitalize those avatar-domain-named sites but since the spinoff will have a different name so will the tv.com forum. So, all us newly grown up vets will peak in (not as often because we will be older... i'll be in grad school by that time) and the younger vets will take charge and battle the sworm of n00bs that will come in with the movies and spin off show. It will be DIFFERENT and so this forum will die to give birth to a completely new one. (Whether, that is good or bad is up for speculation.) That's to say if there is a spin-off and if it comes after the movies.

EDIT: @ Mapletree: If we did that that would be the only time that forum actually had a large amount of activity

Life.. After.. Avatar? I don't think these words can be used together in English.

But seriously. I'll probably get a job (hopefully before Avatar ends), watch other shows (unlikely). Actually, I'll be like when we were finished doing "Hello, Dolly"; bored, and completely lost.

I know the feeling. There was this particular production of Kiss Me, Kate I stage-managed which consumed my life for four months. The day after strike I actually had nothing to do. At all.

That's kind of a good analogy. Except Avatar dosen't exactly consume my whole life... I'll just consider it the same amount of time spread over a longer period, as my reaction to Avatar's end will probably be similar. This means I'll have and initial emotional let down and harp about it to anyone who'll listen for the next few days. After exhausting myself I will settle for watching Law & Order reruns and being generally unproductive.

Oh, God.. Stage striking is so depressing. I remember watching them do it after "Once Upon a Mattress" and I was trying to not cry. I mean, we spent like 3 months working on the play, and about the same amount of time took to make the set, and they took it down in less than two hours.

Well, Avatar and Scrubs are my favorite shows and BOTH are ending. Actually, I think this was Scrubs last episode tonight. ..Sad series finale is sad.

I'll be sad for a while, but I'll have plenty of stuff to keep me busy.

But Avatar can never be replaced, it will probably always be my favorite cartoon.

Well our "suffering" is nothing compared to that of the Harry potter fan fanatics. After about 10 years their world stopped with a sh!tty ending (I found the last chapter to be crap).
So my only hope is that this show ends with a nice ending, a satisfying ending and then I won't mind it ending, but if it's a crappy ending then it'll stay in my mind for another few months.

Personnally i plan on obsessing over the show by creating everything in my life to be like Avatar, including but not limited too creating n wear avatar style clothes, every winter make the North and/or south poles towns, dressing up stray cats and dogs like animals in the show and pouring gasoline on my eyes n light in on fire then commanding every one around sayin "im the prince obey or suffer the consequences"

...... that or committing seppiku: Avatar style ... once i figure how to do it
