If you remember way back from the Avatar State. Katara gets special water from the water bending Master guy(I forget his name now). Anyway way I think she willl use it when Aang get hit by Azula's lighting in secrets of the Fire Nation(this is sussposedly seen in the trailer)

Does anyone have a screenshot of Aang getting hit by lightning? I too have been wondering what her gift would be used for. I have a few ideas:

    1) It could be used to heal someone

    2) It could be used to give Katara extra power(s)

3)??It could have some special function or purpose

I know these are vague, but until we see it used or find out a plot point about it I don???t think we can get too specific.????

Hm, I didn't see Aang get hit by lightning. I'll have to rewatch the preview. But anyways, I think it's a special healing water. Or, maybe it's so powerful, it can revive the dead.

Katara can heal with normal water, so that can't be the vial's purpose. And I doubt that even in Avatar, you can rbing people back to life. Maybe it can save someone on the verge of death.

True, but I'm just brainstorming. I can't wait to find out what its purpose is.

Personally, I think she's gonna save Aang from dying in the avatar state... It's not like they're just going to forget about the avatar state thing.

I don't think Katara and Sokka know of the Avatar states weakness though .

Or maybe, while the Gaang are fighting Ozai, Aang gets triggered into the Avatar State and is about to be killed by Ozai, but Katara sacrifices herself to save Aang. Devastated Aang kills Ozai, finds the special water, and brings Katara back to life.

    ...

    I know it's far-fetched, all right?

Wow, they don't do they? Reminds me of Harry Potter and the prophecy. ( If anyone reads Harry Potter... )

Ozai: Help me Zuko, my son.

    Oh my god, I'd be like;

Me: "So now you ask me for help?! Screw you!"

Or maybe Zuko will go through some anguish on whether he should help his own father or not.

That's true, Ozai does seem like he would do something like that to save his own neck.

Hm, but wouldn't she think twice about drinking special water? After all, who knows what would happen once you drink it.

Well, Zhao was pretty much, for lake of better term, screwed. I mean, the Avatar combined with the vengeful ocean spirit? What are your chances of surviving?

Maybe if Katara drinks that water she'll become a spirit thank goodness Sokka and Toph spat it out.

Wait, but the water everyone was drinking was just her regular bending water, right? And I don't think Toph spat it out. Did she?
