    I'm pretty sure the avatar that had a run in with Koh was before Roku's time. But you're right, Katara does look similar to her with her hair down.

    the woman didnt look like she was from the water tribe,(she had dark eyes, but that doesnt mean anything), and how did she get into the spirit world or how did koh get out of the spirit world.

    Yeah, that woman probably wasn't water tribe. But her hair still looks similar to Katara's. I don't know if this is supposed to foreshadow something or not. But I think they'll probably have another run in with Koh before everything is over.

    Maybe she is the one that Katara resembled. Yeah that's probably it. Actually, Katara with her hair down reminded me of Ginny from the chapter images of "The Half Blood Prince".
