    Here's what I think:

    312-313 airs mid-May

    314-315 airs late May

    316 airs mid June

    317 airs late June

    Finale airs July 25th

    this would make senseas it is allegedly the finale series. It's quite clever because July is summer time and summer means HEAT just like book 3 - FIRE

    the journy concludes july 2008, so that obviously means the finale, which is the conclusion. episodes will air before that. if it said the journey concludes 2008 with the meaning that our waiting journey concludes july 2008, then they will air in july...all of them

    Am I just really slow, or did anyone else realize that the only reason they are airing the boiling rock on dvd before it comes on t.v is so that everyone runs out to buy the next volume? Nick knows how desperate we get, they know that we would do anything for new episodes. Its a monopoly! Who's to say that wont even air the episodes and just send them to dvd????

    Agree with everything except for the last sentence. That's going a bit too far.

    Hehe, had to make sure you weren't from the United States. July 4th would be the day that a large portion of our founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence, declaring our freedom from Great Britain. National Holiday for us. Independence Day, or just the 4th of July. A lot of parties on the 4th. As well as a lot of professional fireworks shows.
    Aaaah-haaa, I feel ashamed now. You see, I'm from the USA, but I forget all about the Fourth of July. *ducks*

    Well, you can't forget that they make their money from advertising slots. We don't know how much they sell their time for on Nick, but they could very well be losing money this way.

    If you extend this theorization you can conclude they are airing the season finale in July because it's summer.Summer is the time that Sozin's Comet arrives in the Avatar universe.
