I started to chat about this in another thread however it appears the manner in which that thread was started was unacceptable because it fell under the already-started topic of 'Advanced Bending Moves.'

However I would like to discuss this theory in a separate thread??which can be supported by actual scientific evidence that the art of waterbending may not be entirely outside of the realm of reality.

Bear with me for the technical explanation to follow.

The shortened version is that our thoughts and intentions whether spoken or written effect water. This is a provable fact. This study originated with??the Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto. He wrote a book about his findings called 'The Hidden Messages in Water."

Here is a link to his institute which will offer you a brief explanation about how the study was conducted and how the evidence was collected and even pictures showing what was found.

    http://www.hado.com.au/crystals.htm

The bottom line is that he taped pieces of paper to bottles of water and??on the paper he wrote specific words like 'love,' 'hate' and 'angel,' to name a few. What he found in the water crystalline structures was that depending on the word or??phrase??spoken or written there was a visible and dramatic effect on the water.

The water in short responded to human stimuli or human interaction. Why is this such a big deal? Well if you can 'speak' to water or 'effect' water??as a human could it be plausable that you could direct or??'bend' it as well?

    Your thoughts on this?

    Yeah. LOL

I've really shown enormous restraint because I have really wanted to start a 'Quantum Physics' thread to illustrate many things which have transpired??in the Avatar world. But I've resisted.

This theory was explained in part in the movie "What The Bleep Do We Know?". Pictures of water with the word "love" taped to it was a beautiful straight and normal water crystal. When the word "hate" or "kill" was next to the water, the close up magnified picture showed the crystal deformed and distorted. The furthering of this theory is simple. If we can effect water with our emotions, imagine what we can do to each other... with simply our emotions and our MIND. If we can THINK to water "love" and have it turn out well, our intent CREATED the structure of the water.

Let me repeat. Our intent CREATED the structure of the water.

Science is finally catching up to spirituality. It's fascinating research. Can we truly affect the outcome of our own destiny by simply making a choice of love over hate??? It changes water.?? What else can it change?

Yeah, I saw this in what the bleep do we know. This is definately a sign that waterbendign is possible in a very minor scale. It's been proven.

All you need to perform one of his experiments is a bottle of water, and a $2000 high power microscope

    Wow, that's insanity!

Maybe that's why, if you sing to plants or talk nicely to them, they grow faster/better. Hmmm...food for thought...

Its cool how he found an "unscientific" method of science, its philosopical science, sweet...
