Is there an second Air Nomad

    I found a drawing on the web that had Water tribe with blue eyes,

    Fire nation with Hazel eyes,

    Earth kingdom with Green eyes,

    and Air nomads with Brown. I went through alot of photos on firebender.com to see if i was mistaken but from what i had seen each nation had their own eye color. If you don't believe me go and have a look at it for yourself.

    Jet never said where his family was from all we know is that his parents were killed by the fire nation, his grandparents my well of been refugees from the air nomads.

    And for Justaboutanime i never said that Jet was an airbender just that he could of been an air nomad.

    I'd say that it's possible that there are some individuals that are descended from the Air Nomads. And to those who bring up the "All Air Nomads are Airbenders" statement, it should be noted that the Air Nomads were a very spiritual people and as such all were capable of bending. It is quite possible that the spirituality has been lost in individuals that are descended from Air Refugees.???? ??

    yes, at the festival in the deserter, you can see a blue-eyed firebender and a grey-eyed firebender

    Good point Mewtamer, in the episode the cave of two lovers one of the charters said the lovers learnt earthbending from the moles, they always had the ability to earthbend but they needed someone to teach them the technique to do it. Aang had to learn the technique of each element just the same to be able to use it. Thats why i think that there are still airbenders out there, but they do not have the skills in which to use it, Yet

    Well i must have some stuffed up eyes because every photo of Aang that i look at his eye's are dark brown

    Everyones eye color is based in genetics. Brown eyes being dominate over blue eyes, and green being a mutation. I figure the same applies in the Avatar World. The reason why different nations have different eye colors could be because people in the Avatar tend to not breed with other nations.

    I thought blue was the mutation. I could be wrong, I know nothing about genetics.

    It says his eyes are Gray-Hazel in wikipedia...but it looks like light brown to me in that pic and in another pic in this thread it looked dark brown!! WTF!!?

    also i think that the charters eyes change color when they are affected by the light e.g. Katara's eyes are red when she was looking at the fire. Thats why I have been trying to look at the photos that have nornal light

    These ones have different eye colors from their nations (and some of them are benders). Just wanted to point that out...Also, Teo's are grayish. And the herbalist lady from "The Blue Spirit"
