I read the list and didn't see it.?? If it is, kindly, point me in the right direction.

Anyway.?? Iroh is a master of Neutral Jin.??

King Bumi: and neutral jin when you do nothing!
    Aang:??There three jins?
King Bumi: Well, technically there are eighty five. But, let's just focus on the third. Neutral jin is the key to earthbending. It involves listening and waiting for the right moment to strike.

Now, King Bumi does say the key to earthbending, however, Iroh is famous for learning off of other benders.?? Backup evidence:?? He has the ability of sudden and quick attacks (Sothern Air Temple, Avatar State, etc.)?? In Lake Laogai everyone wonders how he got down to Zuko without being detected.

There's more, but this is good for now

We should just change the title of the show to Avatar: And the Masters of Neutral Jin. Because everyone seems to be all of a sudden.

seems "masters of jin" is a hot topic lately... we got threads on Bumi and his ability, Iroh and his ability, Jeong Jeong and his ability...

But I ask you this - wasn't it Zuko who went on the date with Jin? (j/k)??

Neutral jing is the key to earthbending, but it is also the key to mastery. A bender isn't truly a master unless he knows when not to act.

It's not an Earthbending theory, it's a chi based theory. Meaning it applies to anything with a soul, ie any bender.

Bumi told Aang, "Neutral jing is the key to earthbending. It involves listening and waiting for the right moment to strike??? Your teacher will be someone who has mastered neutral jing. You need to find someone who waits and listens before striking." I posit that all bending masters need to master neutral jing. Iroh, Jeong Jeong, and Pakku know when not to strike; Katara and Azula yet do not, but Katara seems a lot closer to it than Azula, who seems to have "mastered" the diametric opposite.

Aha! That's it! The diametric opposite of neutral jing is "no holds barred".
