    Ok another question regarding Iroh. How come he can see Aang in spirit form? (Remember Winter Solstice in Book 1) And what's up with his adventures in the spirit world? It wasn't explained in the finale how he got up there. Did he try entering the spirit world in the off chance of speaking to his son again?

    You answered your own question.

    He could see Aang because he entered the spirit world. Why? Who knows. Probably on his quest to find himself after his son died.

    It was Zuko's destiny to bring balance to the world. Iroh only provided guidance. That is why Iroh did not want to fight Ozai. It was not because he could not defeat him, but that if he did fight it would be, as he said "more senseless violence".
    Wrong here my friend. Iroh did not want to face Ozai because it is the Avatar's role to restore peace.
    He also said "a brother killing a brother for power is more senseless violence". That also was a factor in his decision not to fight.

    But no one said when you entered the spirit world you automatically see spirits. Right? And we don't really know why exactly Iroh went into the spirit world. We can just assume/theorize?

    The reason why we don't see Iroh doing much fighting is because he doesn't like fighting anymore. Fighting is what took his son away from him. But that one move he used in the finale shows how much power he had because of what wall he destroyed... it was the outer wall of Ba Sing Sai it took an army of firebenders 600 days to breach it and a massive drill several minutes to do.

    And Iroh desimated it in a single move.

    And he had a comet...

    Yes I know the one who made the thread asked why we didn't see Iroh do anything special while he had the power of a comet. And I stated that after season 2 talking about how nothing had ever breached the outer wall Iroh did it in one shot. So that right there was more special than him launching a thousand fireballs because of the importance the outerwall of the city held.

    Got ya. Didn't see that.

    @carlsonem
    Yea. That too.

    @slumshoes
    Yea it is pretty unclear. I just assume he is very spiritual and that taking a trip there transforms you. Just wave your hands and say, it just works lolz!
