    My pre-ordered copy shall be here Thursday. Still not quite sure why I ordered it instead of driving down to Target and buying it today... but yeah, hope is cool.

    Sorry about the bold, Its just something I tend to prefer.

    on another note, the dvd was amazing! I might even buy it as a memorabilia of the 6 month wait. pretty symbolic for me.

    I used to work for BLOCKBUSTER, we tended to get DVDs in stock about 2 weeks before the release dates (earlier if its a major release)

    yes the clerk didn't realize it (if the movie had been delivered to the store it would have still shown up in the stock computer, and any stores place Pre-streets in the same shelfs as recently returned movies that are still being processed)

    however if he DID rent it to you, the transaction would have been flagged by the computer, depending on the company something like that could lead to anywhere from the store being fined to the release company severing ties with Blockbuster

    if you had been a secret shoper the guy would have lost his job right then

    I haven't seen 312 or anything after, and I hadn't realized you could rent Volume 3 at Blockbuster. Maybe I'll rent it and then just buy the box set when it comes out.

    The saddest part is..... I never even got to hold the dvd in my hands....
    The man apologized and has it on hold for me right now so i can pick it up tomorro.

    So go, rent (maybe buy) volume 3.

    I have a question about that. Does that mean it should be available for rent in any Blockbuster anywhere? And if yes, would there be a delay, from the time it is on sale to the time they have it available for rent, in some places?

    If anyone knows the answers or at least has an idea, please reply.

    Dad and my little brother went to Blockbuster yesterday, when they came back, my brother told me he saw Vol 3. I asked did he get it, and he said no. You'll not believe how much anger I had to keep inside from strangling the dude.
