I'm Hooked!!

    First off, i've never even heard of this show before a week ago. My kid brother asked me to buy Season 1 box set for his birthday. He was so excited when i gave it to him, he put it on dvd player straight away. I was thinking to myself, what's so good about it that makes him so excited about a cartoon show??

    I thought i'd sit down and watch a bit, see what it's like. After the first episode i found myself hooked, i wanted to know what happens next. My bro wanted to switch it off after two more episodes. But i wanted MORE, i had to beg him to let me take it to my room to watch, it took me half an hour to persuade him .

    So I took it to my room and carried on watching. That night i sat through 13 episodes. And wanted to carry on but i had to wake up early the next morning.

    I finished watching the rest of the season the next night.

    So all i'm trying to say is..... This show is AMAZING!!!! Never before in my life have i experienced a show where every episode is as good as or better than the last one and every episode is at worst GOOD. During the whole of season 1 i didn't find one boring/bad episode, i continually found myself wanting to watch on.

    I've just finished downloading Season 2 & 3 and hopefully the episodes maintain the great quality of storytelling that was in the first season.

    OK, i'm off now. I'm going to start watching the new episodes!!! Yay!!

    It's great to see you've fallen in love with the show! Lots of people (as in my case) have gotten hooked on the show after watching a single chapter. Hope you have a great time watching. Season 2 and 3 aren't going to disappoint you.

    That's Great to hear. And u know what's so great about discovering this show so late. I don't have to wait for new episodes every week. I can watch them all in one sitting, if only my eyes could stay open that long. LoL

    Congragulations on finding one of the greatest shows in the world. I can promise you that season 2 will more than live up to your expectations, and season 3 will have quite a few big moments as well.

    however...

    downloading episodes is not only illegal, but does not support the show. If you must download the eps, at the very least buy the DVD's after the fact and help support the show we all love.

    Great! If you liked Water you will find Earth almost perfect. And please please do not read all the other treads there are many surprises that we already know and worship, but how can it be fun for u if you read them before seein them? Go see the whole series n then come back n your journey into the dark side will be complete (Oke I know those may not be the exact words)

    That's great! I know when the show first aired, I watched the first episode and fell in love. I can honestly promise you that the seasons just keep getting better and better.It really is beautiful show, and I'm glad to know you've joined us Avatards =] ALL HAIL THE GAANG!

    The only bad episode is The Beach in S3.

    Other than that it has to be one of the best shows ive watched. and best of all its made in america, america hasnt had cartoons this good that were made here since chuck jones.

    I thought that episode was one of the best... It really showed a new side of Azula. I mean, it was kind of obvious about Zuko, but Mai and Ty Lee was a nice surprise. And we needed to know more about Azula, and this really opened our eyes to who she actually is and how these things DO effect her.

    YES! I really want to know more about Azula. Out of the little information we;ve been given, I've concluded that she's actually a very interesting person.
