Suki's life isn't really that memorable, though. She was raised as a warrior and lives in a small town. She really doesn't have any family troubles. There's no mystery behind Suki, and therefore that makes her boring. I don't think a whole series could be based off of her.

Eh, it won't be interesting. We already evaluated his life. There's nothing more to look into. All the main characters are basically out. We've pretty much gone into detail about all of their lives.

Noone. Completely new characters. There are dozens of spinoff opportunities. After a full scale war there are always major setbacks. Crime begins to run rampant due to exhausted and short supplies and reformation periods are NEVER smooth sailing.

I think Ty Lee is a good idea. Mai seems like she's had too boring of a life. Ty Lee seems interesting. But not enough, sadly. Ah, well.

Well, they are going to have completely new characters if they make a new series. I hope it's as good as this series. It's going to be hard to come up with new ideas. How about something like the new avatar, a waterbender I believe, is the daughter/son (I think they'll do daughter because the past two avatars have been men) of the leader of the water tribe or something along those lines. Her father still resents the Fire Nation for doing what they did and plans on taking over their land (I know, weak idea). She disagrees with it. The whole story is about how she has to betray her father and stuff. Kind of like Zuko, I guess. UGH. That isn't original. THIS IS SO HARD!

Nothing is ever original. Every good idea has already been thought up, mass produced, consumed, and spat back out endless times. It's all in the presentation. Put a fancy new spin on it and the people will love it.

I do want to come up with an awesome idea, though. But how else would the four nations be unbalanced? I'm having writers block.

But the spin-off doesn't necessary have to do with a war or the world to be un-balanced....maybe Bryke could come up with something good new and different, also considering that they created a whole new world that might have a really interesting past, or future..

I think it should be about princess azula breaking her dad out and they find a way to restore his bending then they start some kind of rebellion. Or, it should be about prince zuko trying to destroy the avatar because he wants complete comtrol.

think about it if zuko wanted comeplete control and fought the avatar, who would take whos side

If there was going to be a spinoff, I'd want it to be about Iroh. He's one of the most INTERESTING characters in the show ^.^

If it's a no-go on the Iroh (haha!), then Zuko's my next choice. I'd want to see how he deals with the strife in his nation. Notice that the coronation ceremony was held in Ba Sing Se with practically no fire nation except for the people who were coronating him? What if he's not accepted as the rightful king by his people? And there's a rebel group within his own nation trying to usurp the throne, and a group of assassins from the Earth Kingdom who haven't forgotten a grudge (100 years of war isn't something to forget, it's affected EVERYBODY and people don't let things go very easily) which may feature the return of the Dai Li. There's a lot of ways you could go with this, but you'd have to be creative. If Zuko was accepted as king, then there's no reason for him to leave his palace as his job is to sit there and create new laws for his people so as to restructure society. If he WASN'T accepted as king, though, then he could still be able to fight for it and get his hands dirty.

    Food for thought.

If Avatar were to have a spin-off it would definitely be about Koh the face stealer!!! Aang is going to want to kill it because it took Katara's face. Luckily for Aang he knows how to get Katara's face back! This is just a thought.

Hmm actually I am more interested in the origin of the first Avatar, the beginning of the art of bending.

With the current crisis over, if they were to start another story of Aang and his friends, it would be nice to see an antagonist which is equal in power to Aang or slightly more. I felt the battle between Sozin and Aang to be too one sided, making it not as exciting. Hence if the so called "Anti-Avatar" appears, then Aang will be the only one to put a stop to the crisis again since no one other than him is more than qualified. its just my imagination running wild, ha ha

She isn't memorable because her character wasn't developed enough. That's what a spin-off could fix. We don't know about her family. I thought Angel was a boring character in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but then he got a spin-off and look how that turned out.

I'd like to see more about Iroh during his youth. Maybe from the start of his military life, to when he joins up with Zuko. Or Zuko looking for his mother.

Or some stories set during the war when Aang was frozen.

Or jump the story 100 years after the final episode..

I'd love for an Azula spinoff. We know that she's in a mental institution but I'd be interested in seeing her heal/redeem herself. And have Ursa show up.

Bumping month old threads....oh well it seems like there is alot of that going on latly..
I'd like to see a spin-off of Zuko and Ursa.
Since we didn't have that question answered in the final. Also would like to know how Azulon was killed. And how Zuko's life is as Firelord.
