    Oh, and, No one gets to use the concentrated ball of Lightning to choke people. That is reserved only for those who specialize in lightning. Like me. I don't use fire. I use all-lightning, so I think it's fair that I get a few exclusive moves, unless someone else were to appear with exclusively lightning bending. THEN the could use the concentrated ball of lightning to choke people.
