Okayyyy...so if this is old news, then just lock or delete it.

So I was at Barnes and Noble to make sure that they did not have the book....which they didnt, and neither do any of the Borders in Manhattan or Queens. So the higher tecnique of airbending is creating an air vortex and sucking in your opponent and spinning him/her around and then spitting them out. Aang should use that against people. Why doesn't he. I would.

I don't exactly remember. Was he in the Avatar State? If so, then it's very likely that you are right.

No he wasn't. It was when they were fighting the warden and he made an air canon thing and shot coal at the firebenders. I just noticed that there are two nameless wardens in Avatar. I wonder why they don't have real names.

In WAT he sends a tornado at Combustion Man but he jumps right over it which doesn't make sense because how do you jump over a tornado. But Whatever.

In your little story you missed out the bit where you bought the book that told you that.

If anything, the higher form of Airbending, would be Sound Bending. Sound-waves travel through the air, and it would require a high-level of skill to manipulate them. If you could channel it just right, it may have concussive force, which is why the Airbenders probably don't use it. I always figured that it would be called Thunder-Bending or something like that.

Wow, rather odd...I must admit I never thought of that, advanced airbending...

Hmm, I wonder if Aang will use that in the series?
