I just saw Hawky on television for the first time. I feel like I've been waiting for this moment all my life. That hawk is so cool I can't even describe it.

Aha. I am disappointed with my discovery on the matter. I was thinking that perhaps they were trained to know the path between two or more specific locations to deliver messages to and from those locations. Now I see that they are just really good at finding their own nests, which means that only one point can be continually revisited from memory over a vast distance.

I believe we will be seeing Hawky again. When he reaches the Bei Fong estate they will immediately notice that hes a fire nation hawk so they will probably take it to Omashu where they are thrown in prison with king bumi and he remembers that he was supposed to escape and does retakes Omashu and Ba Sing Se. Im sorry i just miss Bumi....
