That water avatar in the finale was two avatar cycles away from Aang, yet Koh said that he met him almost 800 years ago. So either Avatars live to be, like, 350-400 years old, or he's not the latest water avatar.

This is in The Painted Lady: When the Gaang goes to Dock/Xu/Bushi's shop for the first time, it goes to a closeup of Dock/Xu/Bushi, showing the background of a house. Then it goes to the Gaang, and then another closeup of Dock/Xu/Bushi. This one shows a small rounded banner. It goes to the Gaang and back to a close up of you-know-who. Once again, there is no banner. It goes back to the Gaang and there's another close up of you-know-who before they leave. On that last closeup, you can see the banner again but it is bigger than the small banner.

Here's one (quite obvious btw): Everytime we see the "comet", it is burning, indicating that it is passing thru the atmosphere(since things can't burn in space). Yet if it's passing thru the atmosphere, it wud either incinerate completely, hit the earth, or else it wud bounce off the atmosphere. Either way, it would only take a few seconds, yet somehow the firebenders are endowed with extra firepower for many hours.
Oh, and not that this part matters so much, but once a rock from space enters the atmosphere it is considered a meteor, not a comet. DUH.

I was wondering about that too!
