Someone had mention about forshadow but I couldn't find it so I thought I make a new topic about certain episodes which I think are interesting.??First off I??gotten a "strange" feeling when I saw the Tales of Ba Sing??Se when Zuko's date??Jin mentions she wanted??him to see the firelight fountain??and how it looks beautiful when the fire hits the water. For some reason I thought of Zutara but we have to??wait and see in the next coming episode to see if any sort of relationship develop between Zuko and Katara more than a mere friendship.????

I didn't realize that fire hitting the water part. Here's another one

In "The Avatar State," Azula is practicing her lighning. At one point, she shoots it right at the camera. it then shows Iroh waking up suddenly, and the scene is over. This must have been foreshadowing him being struck, but pooldude wouldn't accept this into the notes.

Azula has only hit Iroh with blue fire...I doubt she's going to wind up killing Iroh...but that could make be true...

if anyone is going to kill Iroh it will probably be Azula, she is the only bender shown so far who can match Iroh. Plus she's in Ba Sing Se now and we know she will meet up with Iroh and Zuko...I'm seeing an Iroh/Azula fight coming up.

To me, having Iroh travel with the group wouldn't work, an old guy traveling with a bison full of kids...it just wouldn't seem right, and it would make the Gaang a little to powerful with his wisdom

Having him live peacefully in Ba Sing Se sounds nice and we all know Iroh deserves a happy ending, but since the Gaang has to go to the FN it would effectively drop him from the story, and I don't think the writers would want that.

The best way I can honestly think of to handle Iroh is to have someone, most likely Azula, kill him, maybe just due to him taking an attack meant for Zuko. Not only does that leave him with a huge plot point with long lasting effects, but it would take away Zuko's guiding force and force his character to develop even more

Okay, this may be a little far fetched, but we are all living is a fantasy world anyway....

One day a man and a woman met in a cave and fell in love, but the nations they were from were in the middle of a war and so they could never be together. But they were so in love, that they found a way. The two used their bending to form a labyrinth so that they could meet in secret; if anyone tried to follow them, they would become lost in the labyrinth. One day, the man did not show, he had perished in the war between the nations. The woman, devastated by the loss, showed an awesome display of her power, that could have destroyed the nations. Instead, she declared peace between them and created a new city where they could all live in peace. It was named after the man and woman as a monument to their love. Hence creating the city of Zutara.

In general, having Zuko date Jin opens the door for future relationships regardless if that significant other is Katara or whoever.?? Zuko needed a bit of tenderness in his life.?? He at least has a taste of love and is bound for more later on in his life.

Like I said, I went a little overboard on that little story, but does anyone think the Cave of Two Lovers could have been foreshadowing a forbidden relationship between two people of opposite nations?

I highly doubt that the Cave of Two Lovers foreshadow the relationship.
The two nations joined because both of the lovers were also loved by their people.
Zuko basically isn't really loved by his people anymore.

In the Siege of the North Aang says that the spirits would unleash a huge monster attack, while Yue said they would give him wisdom. In the end, the monster attack happened.

Actually strange wasn't a good way to explain it. But it did give me a "clue" in my mind that Zuko and Katara might have some kind of relationship. This was before of course the season finale.

I don't think that is Toph although it closely resembles her.
Maybe it's what the Earth Kingdom's rich kids dress like.

You know what I've always thought of as foreshadowing? Ursa'a little mama duck speech to Zuko in Zuko Alone. After watching again, I'm beginning to think what Azula said was ture and Azulon was going to kill Zuko so Ursa "bit back" and killed him , then left so that she wouldn't get in trouble for it.

It doesn't have to resemble her to be foreshadowing. And besides, it kinda does, and if they did make it look any??more like her, it would completely give it away.
