if i had to chose i think ill go for air or earth. fire destroys everything in its path, so u would have to be on ur guard 24/7 using ur powers... water is also nice and all, but u always need to be close to water, which could be a problem when ur out of water (just watch the episode ''The Desert''). that only leaves air and earth. air is really nice, cause ur able to fly anywhere, u can evoid attacks easly and u can run faster then the wind . only thing is that u cant do very powerfull attacks with it if u compare it with fire for example. a good earth bender (who isnt blind, lol) is almost impossible to defeat when you fight??him/her on a solid earth ground. only problem of earth, is that its very vulnerable for attacks out of the sky...

to get it short: air and earth is the perfect combination because they are eachothers opposites. they can fill in eachothers weaknesses perfectly! i guess this would make ang and Toph a very good team together
