but didn't suki say she didn't know about yue? i don't know how they could of known all that form "singing nomads," the pirates, and "a surprisingly knowledgeable merchant of cabbage," unless there was a lot of off screen story telling. i sort of suspect toph, she could of learned about their previous adventures from them...

what episode do you think iroh & the white lotus will be addressed?

zuko might've told. suki might've told. azula knew sokka's (from dobs)

I dare say the Ember Island Players, sure it looks lighthearted however, that could change in a heartbeat

Yeah, but remember in the Firebending Masters, Toph didn't know who Jeong Jeong was when Katara mentioned him.

This episode seems like its gunna be fun. I envision them looking for the creators to ask why they are portrayed so goofy and then they come to some sort of startling revelation.

I just found it kind of weird how they know about what happened when Aang fought Bumi (the crystal prisons for example), Katara's crush on Jet and things like that. But meh, not looking too much into it
i know one way that happens, momo is a spy for ozai, who is actually spongebob

Zuko's crew knew what Zuko did in the South Pole, and they were interrogated by Zhao, who no doubt sent a report to the Fire Lord. And the incident with Bumi would have been witnessed by many guards, who were captured with the fall of Omashu. There is one crucial source though; Sokka. When Sokka went to address the invasion force, he got nervous and began a thorough retelling of the Gaang's activities. He metioned a lot of things in the play. To the invasion force. Who were all subsequently captured. And interrogated. I think this is where a lot of the warped details came from.

Well notice there was nothing from "Imprisoned" "The Winter Solstice 1 & 2" "The Storm" "The Fortuneteller" "Bato of the Water Tribe" "The Deserter" "The Northern Air Temple" nor "The Waterbending Master"

Though, there are some things that would take them actually being there to know. Mainly the first few scenes with Sokka and Katara.

The information about Sokka and Katara could have been obtained from any of the southern water tribe members because Sokka or Katara probably told them how they found Aang in the iceberg.

you know what i found interesting, the fact that most of it was pretty accurate but the part where aang gets captured they made it seem like zuko was the one who caught him. shouldnt they have known that it was zhao that caught him?

i was thinking that too. maybe they altered it to take the shame of him esapeing off their beloved general? though its not like he would care anymore, being dead and all. or what if he's not dead and he's the playwrite? o.O if so many other people were sources why weren't they credited? i wonder if they have th play go on to after season 1. if they screw up toph's character she's probably going to kill someone.

The poster for the play says that they travelled from the South Pole to Ba Sing Se, and it says that the sources included singing nomads, pirates, prisoners of war, and the cabbage merchant. I think that the writer could get the general idea from all of those guys.

But seriously. The little discussion we were having with the AP guys last night sparked a theory, maybe Iroh is the playwright?

Then wouldn't he make his own character the hero of the story? LOL! Everything else is messed up!

Isn't it obvious? The Players got people who turn into beetles to spy on the Gaang and then screw up the story

Cookies if you know where this comes from

    Harry Potter, right?

Actually, that's pretty interesting, the Fire Nation makes fun of THEIR OWN characters. Someone's behind this.
