    Favorite Character: Avatar Kyoshi. Why you might ask, she???s hardly more than a figure. Well, it???s because I have a thing for strong, legendary women. When I first saw Kyoshi I had believed only men could be Avatars, she proved me wrong and made me realize girls stood out in the Avatar universe as much as boys. When I saw her in Avatar Day, I was blown away by her appearance. It???s been a LONG time since I???ve seen such a powerful woman in animation or literature, a true goddess in mortal form. Her Amazon appearance, deep and strong voice, and her unshakable stance against a nearly invincible army. She absolutely embodies the inner strength of the Earth Kingdom. Her face-off with Chin the Conqueror is one of my favorite sequences in animation, what ruined it from being my favorite was the attempt at humor making Chin an Asian-version of Napoleon.


    Least Favorite:     Mai of New Ozai. It???s not the fact she willingly sacrificed her own baby brother to keep Bumi captive, if she hadn???t Mai would have been going against Azula and that???s NEVER a good idea. It???s not the fact she had/has a crush on Zuko, while I do not favor the pairing their childhood moment of clumsy love was nothing short of adorable. It???s not her dead on aim she has at throwing weapons, nice to see mad ninja skills outside of Naruto. It???s her total lack of emotion.     No, I never said he didn't deserve to die or feel sorry for him. He was a horrible man and should've died way before then.

    Nice to know about some other Zhao fans. I usually love the bad guys cause they are such jerks and don't follow the rules. That's why I don't like Aang too much, he's waaayyy too nice. Besides, i loved Zhao's sideburns, they were great, too. I do not have the ability to grow sideburns, although i can get a good beard going. Yeah, it sucks.

    he probably had a beard at one point, but cut it off because it really did make him look like a monkey.

    i can picture zhao with a beard and it make shim look a little scrubby. he looks more like a pirate than an admiral.
