As we know from 'The Awakening', Admiral Chan is on leave for 2 months at Ember Island. And we know that the gAang is going there (for what reason I don't know yet). I've seen the trailer (probably just like you guys already did) and I know it'll probably be a hilarious episode, but this Admiral Chan might become a real pain.

    What do you guys think?

Ps. If this subject has been posted and dicussed about already, I'm really sorry... Please send me a link to the real topic so I can read that one and the mods can close this one, thanks!

I don't know Aang went to a Fire Nation school undetected. I am guessing they will be undercover at Ember Island as per usual.

Besides it seems like the only rec-time they engage in is at the play.

PS: You might want to edit your title with some spoiler tags because some may not have seen the first seven minutes of EIP.

First of all, no spoiler tags are needed since I'm only talking about episode 1 from season 3. One of the upcoming episodes is named 'The Ember Island Players', so It's kind off obvious they are going to Ember Island. I don't believe that they mentioned Ember Island and Admiral Chan at 'The Awakening' for no apparent reason. The writers are up to something, I'm sure of it!

He wouldn't be much of a threat because there are only a few episodes left. But I can't wait to see the episode!!!

Admiral Chan will show up, and he'll be furious at Zuko for trashing his house in 305.

Lol, true! Now Zuko is with the gAang, the admiral will try to personally get back at them for Zuko doing that! xD

Maybe, but I think it will be a little harder now that he doesn't have hair.

Yes but many who HAVE seen it will respond to your question with counter-arguments about the portions they have seen, because you are asking us to speculate on EIP in proportion to Admiral Chan as where else would the Gaang have 'trouble' with him BUT Ember Island?

Those who have not seen it will think this is a speculation thread when clearly it is not as you are opening the floor to input about the actual episode, EIP, with regards to your question.

You know what? It's just common courtesy to your fellow Avatar fans. If you don't have that kind of respect for your fellow Avatards, no one can force you to cultivate it Level 3 Soup Nazi.

You think Admiral Chan is goin' be thinkin' bout doin' sumpin'?

I doubt he'll show up at all; he's probably on vacation or something. But that's an interesting observation.

wait a minute. the two guys who hosted the party were named CHAN and ron jon (sp?). there we go. maybe hes like chan jr or something. anyway, i doubt hes going to have much of an affect on the storyline. and if he does, it will be on a lesser scale than the significance of the great divide

Wait, I think it's starting to make sense.

It is interesting that they've mentioned Chan in two seperate episodes. Smells like a setup. Or it could be a red herring.
