Nickelodeon (ended 2008)
Well, if you've played "Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories" (or read the manga like I did), then you'd know about the character Larxene, who is a member of the evil "Organization XIII". Well, she kind of reminds me of Azula for these reasons:
1: The're both so evil that the're insane.
2: The're both arrogant, cruel and sadistic.
3: They both use lightning attacks.
