I do think that they made a emotional connection in a suprisingly short time, which could foreshadow future chemistry (1/2 year of hunting +10 minutes of talking= healed scar???), or it could of just been the magic of tv relationships. meh. However, I wouldn't be suprised if once Katara and Zuko get their issues with each other sorted out, ('cuz, c'mon people, even if you don't think Zutara will happen, the fact is that of everyone in the gaang, Zuko betrayed Katara the most [She dismissed all his past offenses and was about to heal his freakin' scar with the water that ultimately saved the avatar reincarnation cycle from ending!!! Inretrospect, Katara would have even more reason to be mad now than at the time of the actual betrayal  ]) Katara just sits up one morning and is like, "Whoa... Zuko's hot!  " But that last part is purely speculation partially fueled by Zu-weed muffins  So yeah, Katara had a treated Jet like a bf/crush from the first time she met him. That is all.  |
