Does Katara love Aang? The Ending

After seeing the new trailer, wich ship ( you think ) will happen?

    Oh come'on, guys! Zutara isn't gonna be affected by Mai! She will probably keep wondering why Zuko is taking so long in the shower until she realizes that NO ONE stays in the shower for two-three weeks. Then she will get the nerve to open the door a crack and ask Zuko what is taking him so long in the shower. Then Azula will scream and pull a towell over herself and shoot fire at Mai. Then Mai will scream and cover her eyes and run far, far away. Azula will hunt her down with a brigade of FN soldiers and put her in prison with Suki and all the guys from DoBS. In the meantime Zuko will be having a great, flirtilicious time with Katara.
    What FN prison?....... Now that Azula has the Dai Li she can just have them all brainwashed into happy go lucky citizens of the FN. As for Suki she probably a Joo Dee by now, like the rest of the Kyoshi Warriors.


    you need to control your "brainies" all time. so did dailee with Joo Dees in Ba Sing See. Even Jet got this control very easily down.

    *DING DING DING* WWWWWWWWWEEEEE HAVE A WINNER!! WHAT'S THE PRIZE JOHNY!?!.......sadly...nothing. What you guys said was totally and obviously true, but it won't do anything. There's nothing we can say to get people to stop shouting crazy things at people and bashing ships. Even IF everyone would just start ignoring the crazies, they still wouldn't go away, and all the crazies would still just be doing their thing. The solution is not to stop the crazies, but just to ignore them, which obviously isn't really happening, cause even the down-to-earthtest (...it's in my dictionary!) shippers are getting lead into the kicking and screaming shipping. So...just stay calm, and...DON'T SURCOME TO THE EVIL MALELEVENT DOMINC DOOM OF THE CRAZIES!!!

    I have no problems with people hoping for a Zuko & Katara relationship, even though I strongly believe it won't happen. There are no attachments to them from each other and the time they spent in the cave means nothing because he broke her trust. She would not just jump into a relationship with especially now that she knows how Aang feels about her. A previous person said she didnt like the kiss Aang gave her, well all I can say on that is she kissed him back and she was still puckered up when he broke away.And the sad look onher face was from her knowing he was leaving her going off to battle and there was a chance she might not see him again. She was also there to comfort him when they left. She has always been there for him. I know that means nothing on the she loves him she loves him not thing but do you really think she'd take a person she hardly know or a person she has known and been close to for awile. I can't say she's going to be with Aang for sure but it seems more likely than Zuko. Plus theres too much else going on especially the situations Zuko has to deal with besides joining the Avatar like wheres Iroh and where is his mom at? Thats going to be more important than him trying to start a relationship with Katara. Which I just dont see happening.

    sorry, but you misundestood whole love-relationship. in real life love is not about "kissing and talking stupid" its about acting and care for eachother in a first step. then its about "life and work together". and then its about "sexuality and body expiriences".(sometimesadults change the second with the third)

    Kataras and Aangs relationship us very young(i know we watch this show some years now. but hey! in an avatar-universe there are only 2 month passed) and they needs more time for make a step to "sexual and body experiences". they both are still kids and they both need more time as 3 month for such things. until now they kissed eachother and they acted like couple, but more in a platonic way. in real world they will be ready to do more in 2-3 years later.(dont forget they are still kids!)

    In a world of the wartime and fights they dont have so much time, so Aang told her about and then kissed her. I think she understood him and accepted his decision because she was not acting awkward or "funny" after Aang was back to the Gaang.

    Only Katara was "the one", who stand behind Aang as he was thanking adults for their sacrifice in the end of the DOBS.

    If we will compare it to the our real world, then she acted like a wife or betrothed of Aang.

    lol.. its more because in avatar universe are only 3 month passed and Katara and Aang are still kids. If it were some show with time-jumps, where Gaang becames years older in each season, then, i am sure, they will show more of ships. but that will be not The Avatar story arc. (and the Avatar will be completly for other viewers as 6-11 years old children and teenagers)

    Zutara would have emotional development, just like Kataang. If Zuko wanted an empty relationship with pointless makeout sessions, he would have stayed with Mai, where he was, clearly, unhappy.

    Maiko is pointless and empty? that is very new for me. Who says you that he is not staying with his Mai? He left his fathers house, not his love.

    I believe it to be pointless also. It didn't really have much of a significance unless you want to count whatever happened in "The Beach". But that is my personal opinion. And I thought he did leave Mai. If you saw DoBS, we see that he wrote a note and placed it down on a table saying, "I'm sorry Mai" or something of the sort. He feels bad for leaving her without a word but he now knows what he has to do and that is aid the Avatar. Maybe he might still have feelings for Mai - but now something more important to him is going to consume his attention.

    very impresive reasoning tommy2071! I like your style. blunt yet soft enough not to offend the standard person. I agree fully there is to much going on in Zukos' life for him to try anything with Katara. Even if he did... well lets just say that it would be interesting to see Kataras reaction. so i say it again well done. Oh and Katara and Aang all the way baby!

    First, I dont think she will agree about his decision, she seems really attach to the fire nation government, and I also think she will betray him with this note. And, I also think that Katara and Zuko will foind something unexpected for both of them, but specially for Zuko, except for me, because I always know.

    I read on anotherwebsite that in the last episode Aang and Katara confess each others feelings and kiss. Now this is just a rumor I heard on another website and it is secondhand so I'm not sure of it's truth. I'll post more if I hear more of it.

    you are probably right on all accounts...but I also think that we will most likely not get Katara's side of Kataang for a few more eps.
