He he... no, wait, LOL! There's NOTHING to forgive, I can't believe anyone would be DENSE enough to mistake THIS for a BOOK 4 ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Seriously: Bryke - thanks for the laughs (though you still suck for not continuing Avatar!)

Whatever idiot got our hopes up based on such OBVIOUSLY NOT BOOK 4 material - you're an idiot, idiot.

Too bad no Zucest in the video... I mean come on, the two hottest characters on screen! Hey, Bryke should do more of these saucy videos... preferably fully animated!

There won't and IMO, SHOULDN'T be a book 4: Air. Now I'm all for a Book 1: Earth. That would be awesome.

I think any more episodes with the current cast would make the finale anti-climactic. As it is, I'm happy with the ending. If people really need to know what happened to Ursa and other things, I think it would be better done as animated online comics or something.
may maybe not depends how well they do it, the entire world is still in relative chaos not to mention they could always make an airbender village of ppl who escaped the initial attack and found a place where they would probably never be found (can only get their by skybison) and maybe even make a enemy from their
The best part about a finale is the feeling of finality. Ursa and war cleanup isn't enough for another season. The show has ended on a very high note, and I'm afraid that even a good fourth season will ruin this feeling. Airbenders are dead. Sorry. Aang's the only one left.

Aang and Katara probably have children that can bend both water and air.

No. They said clearly in the interview in the Sozin's Comet book that if Aang and Katara were to have children, the kids would either bend water, or air. And there's also the possibility that they could be a non-bender. But only the Avatar can bend in combinations.

Anything after the finale would just seem a little forced to me. Everything was wrapped up in the finale (aside from Ursa's situation) in a neat little package and I don't really think that there's much point in re-visiting that. I'm looking forward to the mini-episodes and the movies though.

What about Toph's situation with her parents? Don't tell me it was wrapped up in that letter. That was never indicated as final.

I have always maintained that mini-episodes or those rumored hour-long movies would be the best way to continue the series. We could see how Toph's situation is going, (finally) get some answers about Ursa, see if Azula is recovering and etc. It would not ruin the series and it would keep the fandom interested enough until the movies drop.

    True.

It's just sad to see it be over.

we still have so many things unanswered in this series like

    - where are the airbenders?(or how will the next avatar learn airbending)

    -where is ursa?

-what about irohs spirit world journey?

-who told sozin where the airtemples are?

    -whats up with Koh?

those are just some things..there is a lot of other things that i cant think of right now

so it has to be either those 3 60min movies or a new book
